    Introduction of Laser Cladding Alloy Powder:
    With the significant advances made in laser technology, laser cladding has gained increasing acceptance. Compared to the traditional overlaying processes, it has the advantage of low distortion, low dilution, near net shape after cladding, and fine microstructure for superior properties. However, because of concentration of heat, it could cause stress cracking. Based on our understanding of the laser cladding process, we had developed a family of powders especially for laser cladding. Our customers have endorsed them unanimously.

    Introduction of Laser Cladding Process:
    Laser Cladding or Laser Deposition is a processing technique used for adding one material to the surface of another in a controlled manner.
    A stream of a desired powder is fed into a focused laser beam as it is scanned across the target surface, leaving behind a deposited coating of the chosen material.
    This enables the applied material to be deposited selectively just where it is required.




    Advantages of Laser Cladding Process:
    ?Additional material can be placed precisely where desired.
    ?A very wide choice of different materials can be both deposited and deposited onto.
    ?Deposits are fully fused to the substrate with little or no porosity.
    ?Minimal heat input results in narrow HAZ (heat affected zone).
    ?Minimal heat input also results in limited distortion of the substrate and reduces the need for additional corrective machining.
    ?Easy to automate and integrate into CAD/CAM and CNC production environments.

    FAQ

    Q1. What is your product line?

    A: We specialize in hardfacing & wear-resistant welding / thermal spray consumables, with the strength of Cobalt, Nickel and Iron based alloys in form of rod, powder and electrode.

    Q2. Can I have a sample order?

    A: Yes, we offer FREE sample for inspection. Mixed samples are acceptable.

    Q3. What about the lead time?

    A: Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 100kgs.

    Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit?

    A: Low MOQ, 3-5 kgs for sample checking is available.

    Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

    A: Depends on the transportation you choose. It usually takes 3 weeks to arrive by sea. Airline and Express shipping are also optional.

    Q6. Do you have a fixed price list?

    A: We do not. We quote based on the result we evaluate customers from various aspects, such as quantity, payment term, lead time, etc.

    Q7. Is it OK to label my logo on packages?

    A: Yes. Please inform us formally before the production. You could confirm the design earlier based on our sample.

    Q8. How to deal with the faulty?

    A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
    than 0.1%. If you do receive items with fault, we offer 100% refund or replacement
